My family and I traveled from the USA and booked this property expecting it to be fully equipped for a comfortable stay, as is standard for vacation rentals, especially those booked through a reputable platform like VRBO.Nowhere on the VRBO listing for this property was it stated that guests are required to bring their own linens (bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels). Furthermore, the property owner failed to communicate this crucial information to us prior to our arrival.Upon arriving at the rental, we were shocked to discover there were absolutely no linens provided. This immediately created a significant problem, as we had traveled internationally with limited luggage space and no expectation of needing to pack such bulky items.We immediately contacted both VRBO customer support and the property owner for assistance. To our dismay, neither party was helpful. Both repeatedly instructed us to "please bring your own linens," despite our explanation that we had just arrived from another country and had no way of doing so. This lack of support left us in an incredibly difficult situation.As a result, we were forced to purchase an entire set of linens for our stay, incurring a significant and unexpected expense. This was a substantial waste of money.
