The gentleman who checked us in was efficient, kind, and had a great sense of humor. Breakfast in the morning was very good. My 5 year old son LOVED the automatic pancake maker. Lots of parking. Easy to find the hotel. Clean rooms. Everything worked well. It was relatively quiet (on our second night, we could hear water running in the room above us for about 30 minutes).

10 minutes away from railway & public parking to get into downtown Boston redline. Safe, clean, friendly staff. Good for 1/ 2 night stay visiting/ sightseeing. Mall close by. Would definitely stay again for short term visit.

There wasn’t much to do around the property. We found underarm shavings in the shower where the soap bar would stay. Upon checkin, we didn’t feel like the front desk woman was as accommodating as she could have been seeing as though the hotel didn’t seem to be very busy. She also harped on the no smoking but as soon as we rounded the corner to the elevator we were smacked in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke which followed us onto the elevator. The breakfast was ok, with sausage, scrambled eggs and pancakes offered as the hot options. I honestly wouldn’t stay there again but overall it was ok. We had a great night’s rest on a comfy bed, cooled room, and were not bothered by anyone. 3/5 overall.

Get to the hotel and get asked for a credit card for the room. Despite the room booked says it sleeps 2, the clerk said otherwise and had to pay an upgrade fee. They said the bed was only a twin
