We had an Executive room which had a floor to ceiling window giving us a fabulous view over Derby and surrounding area.

Average and comfortable.
Good value for money. Tired furnishings and devor, and some dirty mugs around communal areas but overall ok. Near main road so can hear traffic but great location for city centre. Relaxing stay and good checkout time of 11am. Biscuits with tea and coffee facilities would be good as shown on room photos. Iron and board in each room very handy. Light and airy rooms.

Blue badge parking, disapointing, only 2 places, then there is no lift from the car park, which is directly beneath reception. In stead, you have to walk outside, up and around to enter. Ok when it is dry.
We only stayed 1 night but it was good, quick early check-in, clean room, you could hear traffic noise but not really an issue, was didappointed that safe did nit work even though maintenance came to the room but didnt know how to fix so we had to rake items of property out with us which wasnt ideal but apart from that we had a good stay!!
We were only there for one night but staff were very helpful and even relocated us to a walkin shower room as our first choice only had a bath hotel was clean and room facilities ok although breakfast was extra but was well presented and staff friendly would stay there again as town centre is only across the road
House keeping was missed, so no clean towels, not awful but you kind of expect it when the service is meant to be there.
Room key cards work for about 24 hours then need reprogramming, happened to several people whilst we were there. "don't keep your room key near a card or phone". Where are you meant to keep it?
