Rooms were clean. No breakfast. You have to go to the Bistro to order and pay for food to be served as breakfast. That didn't look good for a hotel as reputable as Marriot especially considering the price that was paid for the room, $230 before tax per night. I could have gotten a better service for a lesser amount at another hotel. If there was a common breakfast lounge and guests are asked to pay for it, it would have a better look. Not the way this was setup. It did affect the comfort of me and my other guests. Very poor business planning by the hotel. I would never book that hotel if I have another opportunity. It has affected my whole perception of Marriot hotel. Not the brand I used to know.

The staff at this hotel are horrible. Absolutely horrible. You would expect better from a Marriott, but besides the name on the building, you wouldn’t know it was a Marriott. We were given a downgraded room and then refused to have the difference compensated. We paid a month in advance, but were not told about the downgraded room until we actually walked into the room. There were full sized sheets stretched onto queen sized beds. It was uncomfortable, the hallways smelled of air fresheners so strong you could taste it. They were definitely covering odors. The housekeeping staff was yelling at each other in the corridors at 7am. It’s just a terrible place to stay, and I am shocked Marriott has anything to do with this mess.

It is a very nice hotel just the route one that it’s on has a divided medium that you have to make you turn to come back to the hotel but Norwood is a nice place. The hotel is decent.

Will not recommend. Dated tv, no food available but the worst was the description of size beds. Queen size was really full, not comfortable for a couple. King size was really a Queen size. They charge for parking in a not busy area and empty parking lot

Frequent Visitor in my hometown to take care of family. Staff is brilliant, so accommodating to my unforeseen extended stays. Quiet, set back off the main road but walking distance to restaurants, diner, icecream, sushi, etc.

It wasn’t great, walked into the room and the couch and couch bed were completely pulled out with the cushions and pillows on the floor. Every drawer was open from the nightstands to the tv stands. Other than the room being a mess the people that worked the counter were great so that’s all I can comment on.

When I initially made my reservation I requested a king room, I got a dbl queen. Upon checking in I was told that I would get a complimentary breakfast, that didn't happen. The hotel is outdated for the money.

I had a great stay! The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the nicely landscaped central courtyard. The air conditioning worked great, and I could adjust it to my liking. Parking was convenient (and even offered for free because it was my first time staying there), and it was nice to have the simple restaurant in the lobby to grab a quick breakfast.
