Check in took an hour and 1/2. If you knew you were full that day for the concert you should have had staff . Then had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch.

Rooms were not ready by 3pm check in time. This was the caes for many. I have never been to hotel where I had to wait 1.5 hours to check in, with a lobby full of others wauting and a line iut the door.

Basic, clean, fine overall

The hotel was basic but fine. It was clean and in a pleasant area. What ruined the stay for us is that there was a lot of noise one night of our stay from a particularly loud partying group that went to 4am. The hotel is too small to not notice the noise, there should not have been any need to call a noise complaint before they dealt with it. We called at 00:30 and again at 4am before the noise subsided.

This hotel will not provide you with an invoice that matches the amount you paid. Instead , they believe it is sufficient to give you an invoice for the current cost of a night's stay, regardless of whether or not it aligns with the amount you paid. According to a manager at the hotel, this happens often to individuals requiring a receipt in order to receive reimbursement through their employer. If you are planning to stay at this hotel for work, I would advise against it, as you will likely receive an invoice for less than what you spent.

The hotel was great. They have coffee and food and the staff was wonderful. They have a chill area inside that is divine and the outside is super relaxing. I would definitely stay again when I revisit Boston.

There was a 1year birthday party happening in our hallway and children were running and yelling in the hall until after midnight. I called the front desk, which was in earshot of the commotion, several times. The last time I called I threatened to call the police if the noise didn't stop.

Asked twice for towels and never got them. We ended up using hand towels from the exercise room. I was yelled at by a member of housekeeping yelled at me on the elevator and the breakfast time worker at the bistro was very rude. The property was fine.

James at the front desk was awesome. Great check in. Our room had ants. Hotel was not able to move us to another room. At midnight the fire alarm went off and the entire hotel had to evacuate the hotel for about 45 min. The price was good but you get what you pay for.

No towels after two requests made at the front desk. A cleaning lady yelled at me when I got on the elevator and pushed a different floor button. Room not cleaned at 6:00 when we returned.

Perfectly nice

The check in was smooth, everyone I engaged with among the staff was clear and friendly, the rooms were perfectly nice though the first one had a small tear/hole in the tub. The breakfast was a little odd in that it was order only and it shut down very promptly, even a little early, though they kept offering drip coffee for purchase. The gym had one elliptical that wasn’t plugged in and two treadmills and some dumbbells—mildly grim but totally fine for the price point. We switched rooms because room cleaning skipped our room entirely but thankfully front desk staff was super helpful and offered us a new room since cleaners were no longer present. One night a fire alarm went off and no staff was visibly present to explain or assist but presumably someone addressed it and after maybe 10-15 minutes of consulting with other guests and going outside, it stopped. The site was clean and the lobby was lovely, as was the parking lot.

Okay but dont pay a lot

The hotel was quite dated and very oddly laid out. The rooms are okay but the mattresses are uncomfortable. Good AC!
