This hotel had its pros and cons. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, within walking distance to the bus and train station. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. However, there were a few issues that detracted from our stay. The safe in our room was broken, the ice box in the fridge was broken/hanging down, and the telescopic mirror in the bathroom was also broken. The train is extremely loud. Thicker curtains would help with sound proofing. The wifi signal was weak. Furthermore, the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, as there was mildew on the tiles, chips in the bathtub, and a yellowish tint on the floor around the sink and toilet.

Everything was great. The only downside was there is a commuter rail train right across the street that is active every hour. So you could hear the horn blowing every hour on the hour other than that the stay was fantastic.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly. Gave us good recommendations for what to eat in the area as well. Room was quite spacious and very clean. Wife loved the shower pressure and how hot the shower can get.

I visited this hotel back in May and had a very different experience compared to this time around. My room was clean and well prepared for my partner and I and parking was free- which is always something I look for. Expecting the same treatment as I had had months prior I was quickly disappointed. I came here to stay with my mom and my daughter- 2 adults and 1 child. My room was not prepared for the number of people staying- 2 bath towels and a few wash cloths. The tub gave off this dirty dingy feel. Parking is now $30 a night- absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the staining on the bed. I will not be recommending this place not staying here again. The price did not match the product.
