While property is a bit outdated, this is made up with good service and convenient location. On-site restaurant makes surprisingly good food at reasonable price. Simone provided excellent customer service during our stay and made us feel welcomed.

It was a very nice hotel. The buffet breakfast was worth it. The train was not bothersome. I gave 4 stars because I booked this hotel because they had a pool but the pool was out of service. I was really disappointed about that since I specifically booked this hotel because they had a pool.

The staff is very nice and professional. The hotel lobby and other various amenities were very nice. restaurant, fitness room, pool were clean and well stocked. My room however had a few broken fixtures, the bathroom faucet was leaking, the reading lights on both sides of the bed were not working. the TV had a line running across the top. Other than that, it was enjoyable and i will be happy to return. This was room 635. King size bed suite. i would also like to compliment the the Lady and Gentlemen who were working the restaurant on 12/08~12/11. They were great!
