Hello! Hotel itself didn’t look anything like the pictures, we were stuffed in the basement in a dark small room; outdated furniture. Staff was really nice though. Location is convenient.

My husband and I took a last minute trip. I always book IHG hotels, this one had an excellent breakfast, lobby bar (small but cute), located 15 min walk from central Amsterdam and close walk to Albert Heijn Market store. Clean and comfortable and very pleasant staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in staff was great, we were able to check in early. The property is very clean and great breakfast. Will stay here again. The only thing I found odd was no tissue paper and when I asked one of the staff in the lobby, she said they don’t have it and we can get it from the supermarket.

Comfortable & welcoming hotel

We had a wonderful stay. Reception girls were so friendly and helpful, they really enjoy their job. The beds were comfortable, I asked for adjoining rooms which they accommodated. There’s no draws or shelving for clothes, just a wardrobe so this may be annoying if you stayed for long. Breakfast was great, enough to fill us up. Amazing little cakes and pastries too. It’s a 10 min walk to the main area, but there’s shops, restaurants and bars on the way and nearby. We enjoyed the walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks ladies!
