Frank @ the front desk was amazing! All the other staff we encountered waiting the 3.5 hours before checking in early were kind, most were friendly and I observed everyone doing their jobs with positive attitudes (smile, talking to co workers, greeting & interacting with guests)

We have stayed here before and had an enjoyable visit. This time we did not. There was an HVAC issue which I wish they would have mentioned when we checked in. Instead the room was over 90 degrees and we needed to find another hotel at 11pm.

Horrible Hotel. Don’t stay at the Hitton/Biston

It was terrible. There were problems with the air conditioning throughout the hotel. They offered some rooms fans to accommodate them, but not me. Instead they transferred me to another room with the same problem. What a horrible experience.

The check in process was an abomination ! I had a reservation but upon arrival I was told they didn’t know if they had a room for me. At 10:00 pm, with my disabled husband, we were exhausted and needed a room. People arriving after me were able to check into king sized rooms. I asked for any room available even though i requested a double, I said I would take a king but was told they were premium rooms and had to be saved for potential guests. This check-in process took about 1/2 hour before a room was found for us. Totally unacceptable service. Totally dissatisfied with Hilton and this property.
