Beautiful place, but issues with customer service

We were there for my son‘s basketball tournament. It’s a beautiful hotel. Just upset with the fact that we couldn’t get a microwave in our room. We had to go down to the main floor to use a microwave and other people were just in our business, so it was a little uncomfortable

The room was excellent, comfortable and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed about was they placed me on the 2nd floor which is the only floor that animals are on so naturally there was a dog. If you don’t have an animal you should not be on 2nd fl. The breakfast and staff were awesome. I would stay here again.

Other than noisy guests upstairs everything went well with our stay at the Hyatt Place Braintree. Very friendly breakfast staff, nice to see happy people around. Convenient location, easy access to the highway. Free and safe parking. Will definitely book again.

Everything about the hotel was great except for one extremely important thing...the walls are unbelievably THIN! I could hear the alarm, every cough, conversations in the next room like they were in the room with me. That is a serious deal breaker. The hotel looks pretty new, I don't know how they could make the rooms with walls that thin.

The night of checkin, noticed hair in the shower area. They said house keeping would take care of it in the morning but next day it was still there. You would expect to be greeted with a smile but nooo the receptionist acted like she got stung by a bee when asked for a bottle of water. Breakfast was ok, the old man in-charge of breakfast made some stingy comments. Everything else was fine, but I would not stay here again.
