I called back a day after my check out to check for a lost item as well as my deposit and they told me my deposit was on the way. I was unable to find my last item and when I called back again, they are now telling me that I will not be receiving my deposit back now for a smoking fee, which was not ever stated before I never spoke in my room and I truly feel like this is a scam.
