My husband and young adult daughter stayed for one night, primarily so our daughter could have the living space with sofa bed to herself. The two separate areas were plenty big enough and beds were comfortable. Front desk was efficient and location good, near shops and dining options, only lost a star for front doors not being automatic, a bit inconvenient when handling big cases, and only one luggage cart in the lobby and narrow shower head.

Disappointing stay for Sonesta brand

Hotel was being renovated. That said, wish that would have been stated at Hotels.com. Entrance was dirty and entrance door rickety. Hallways were not vacuumed with debris scattered. Furniture in the room specifically the chairs in the kitchen/desk area were well beyond worn. When we arrived at 3:15 pm, we were unable to check-in because check in was at 4 pm. When we arrived at 7pm there was a sign at the front desk that someone had stepped away and would be returning shortly. It took 10 minutes for someone to show up.

It was a good value for the room rate, met my expectations. A little disappointed there was no safe in the room, and hotel was difficult to find. Property set back from street address; better signage would be helpful. GPS landed me at adjacent property. Very pleased with staff, was befriended by long-term guests, that was very heartwarming during a difficult trip
