Their refrigerator froze the meal I brought with me and the manager was not willing to give me any type of meal replacement when I showed him the frozen food. He said the kitchen could microwave my food. I don’t eat microwaved food. The manager also did not offer any maintenance to the room to fix or swap out the faulty refrigerator. Marriot gave me 2000 bonvoy points when I explained the situation but those still didn’t help bc I couldn’t use them at the hotel for food. For the price I paid for a Westin, I expected much better customer service. Also the room was so dated. The pillows were so stiff. Hurt neck to sleep on my side. The bathroom was tiny, dated and had chipped paint throughout. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The 20.00 you charge to park on the property is a definite issue. The only way to access your hotel is with a car. It is not in walking distance or on public transportation. This feels like a money grab on your already paying customers and due to it I would recommend other hotels in the area. Your front desk staff could also use some training on customer service and being friendly. The restaurant staff was excellent.
