Recently refurbished to a high standard. Very bright, large windows, a south-facing kitchen/living room and spotlights in every room. Centrally located with excellent transport links: 3 Tube & Overground stations and lots of buses within a 5-minute walk. A typical British pub is also at the end of the road.
The entrance is on the raised ground floor, and the stairs lead you up to a bright hallway on the first floor. On the right-hand side, you will find the master bedroom, which contains a king-size double bed, a desk, a make-up table and storage units. Attached to the master bedroom are a shower room and toilet. Also on the right-hand side is a separate utility room which houses an AEG washing/drying machine and a toilet.
On the left-hand side, behind French doors, you find a large open-plan kitchen and living room, which has two very large south-facing windows. The modern, high-end kitchen has Bosch appliances, non-stick new cookware, and everything else you need to make fantastic meals. The living room has luxury furniture from Conran, and a Toshiba Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and much more powered by 100mbps fibre broadband.
The second floor has two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.
