Disgusting

the condo had not been cleaned. We stripped the beds, did the sheets and finally got to bed by midnight. The washer & dryer were OLD and it took forever to dry sheets. I do not understand why i booked with VRBO and then some company called Evolve took over our,reservation? Where was VRBO? I am very,very disatisfied with BOTH VRBO and this stupid company callec Evolve!

Overall good

Owners were easy to deal with. We had 2 issues that marred our stay. The toaster didn’t work. Owners knew about it on the day of our arrival but didn’t fix it before our departure. Also the hot tub was putrid and unusable for the entirety of our stay. That was pretty disappointing. Overall we had a great trip and got to see a moose in the parking lot. Great weather for skiing.

The property was just as described. Clean and well supplied. Easy walk to town and lift. Had a couple questions while at the property and the owner was quick to reply and fix all issues.

Property was nice. Lot had not been plowed prior to or while we were there. Major complaint was unit was extremely arid due to electric heat. They really need to consider installing/providing humidifiers.

Breck Ski Trip March ‘24

Very convenient access to ski lifts and downtown main street, sleeps 6 very comfortably! Had an excellent stay and would highly recommend! Only one drawback - hot tub is not so good, picture does not fully represent the quality, and didn’t work for us - so be forewarned.
