This Mountain Thunder town-home is a Ski-in /Gondola-out property, providing convenience to the slopes, Cross-country trials, and endless summer hiking in the area. It is a short two-block walk to historic Main Street Breckenridge. Main Street offers you shopping, some amazing foodie restaurants or quick eateries, galleries, museums, ski/board/bike rentals, and much more.
The townhome is a five-minute glide/walk to the BreckConnect Gondola. The free Gondola takes you up to Peaks 7 and 8, where you can catch other lifts, participate in lessons, enjoy the half-pipe and terrain park, and access many of the slopes on the mountain. For Ski-in convenience, you can ski in via the Skyway Skiway.
There is a free on-call/on-demand Mountain Thunder shuttle and the BreckFree ride to access Breckenridge.
If you want to venture to other parts of Summit County (Frisco, Dillon/Lake Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, or Copper Mountain) you can walk to the entrance drive of Mountain Thunder and ride the free Summit Stage bus just about anywhere in Summit County.
At the end of a fun winter or summer day of play, you can relax and enjoy several hot tub location options or the outdoor heated pool. And if you have not had enough exercise you will have access to the Lodge's state-of-the-art fitness center.
Guests also have access to the bowling alley, aquatics center, media rooms, and billiards table located at One Ski Hill Place.. Plan and call ahead as reservations are required for this location.
This unit has a gas-stone fireplace, a full gourmet kitchen, multiple televisions, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet. The open floor plan provides a special time together. The Master En-suite will give you privacy and both bedrooms have a TV to rest and enjoy watching. The unit also features a private patio to dine and enjoy the whisper of the pines. There is a private one-car garage with ample space to leave your ski equipment. The driveway offers space for a second vehicle. You can enter through the garage or your private entrance with front porch seating.
NOTE: This is a privately rented home so you will not have Front Desk privileges or Maid Service from Mountain Thunder Lodge. We will be your point of contact. You will be provided start-up supplies to get you going and then once used, you will purchase what you need for the rest of your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the townhome for your convenience.
