We only stayed for the night and really only used the place to sleep. We did enjoy the communal area very much. We loved the fire pit and the ping pong downstairs. The only thing and this is me being nitpicky is the bed frame could use some tightening up. Nothing serious at all. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the next time we stay in Breck we know where to go.

We had an easy check-in and found the property to be a good value for the price. The location is just a short walk to Main Street. One downside was that the amenities closed at 10 PM, which felt a bit early. There’s no central front desk after hours, so if issues come up late at night, there’s limited help available. For example, we had a problem with the oven and stove not being able to run at the same time, and emergency maintenance wasn’t available until the next day.

The location was awesome and I wish I had just taken the warning of using a max of 2 people to heart. It's basically not possible to have 4 people in here without forcing one party to stay in the bedroom until the pull-out couch party wakes up.

Interior is old, all furniture is worn, bed was very springy and every move noticed by partner and couch is worn out , gross and in need of replacement. We placed a sheet over it. However the location if fantastic right by a brook and we saw a moose and her baby right out the window.

We stayed here for a month. The Location was very good. 8 minute walk to lifts and can ski back to condo down 4oclock run. Also an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the common area fireplace, hot tub, and game room. The unit was clean and property management was helpful. Also it was one of the cheaper units for the location - although still not cheap. It is a small 1 bedroom and very dated. It could use some repairs. The flooring has some rips. Still it was clean and functional for our purposes and we had a great stay.

Poor customer service, dated room

We were told parking on site prior to check in wouldn’t have been an issue. Reached out to get that set up and and spoke with Jenny on the phone and she was rude and wouldn’t let me get in a sentence. Definitely was shocked with the poor customer service. We walked into the place and it was very dated, a huge rip in the kitchen floor, gross rug over what I’m assuming is even more gross carpet. For one night, it was okay, but wouldn’t stay here again.

This rental was comfortable for a 2 person 2 night stay but some work is needed on this condo. 1. Wireless network was not available the whole time of our stay. Luckily we had previously stayed at a separate apartment in this location and were close enough to its wireless network. 2. There is a large gash in the kitchen linoleum that has been taped over with packing tape. 3. Bathroom shower head is very old and needs to be replaced. Bathroom fixtures also had a persistent leak which could be heard from bedroom. 4. Bedframe needs to be replaced. Every time someone shifted the bed would wobble and make a noise. I was woken up everytime this happened. Location is great with a short walk to mainstreet, property owners need to put some money into this unit though.

Everything was great but the smell of the unit was terrible. We opened all windows and turned on the fan on the microwave because the unit didn’t come with a portable fan. We left immediately to try and air it out. We came back and the smell was still lingering. Everything else about the stay was excellent.

I got the only room I didn't want. I skipped over it many times. There was a towel behind the toilet, I guess to stop a leak. The couch, which was a futon, was hard as a rock. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been uncovered in months, and we couldn't find the sticks for the pool table. There was no soap for the dishwasher, so I had to hand wash dishes at the last minute. I was disappointed.

Perfect Cozy Getaway

The highlight of the stay was the communal lodge which included a game room and incredibly cozy fireplace. We loved spending our time reading around the fire, warming up after being in the snow. At one point I needed a new hair dryer and the friendly housekeeping brought one very quickly. The stay was everything we needed it to be.
