Alles toll. Sofort gerne wieder. :-) Ich muss hier noch etwas mehr schreiben deshalb schreibe ich hier noch etwas mehr.

Disappointing and not worth the money

We would never go back and stay there. The reviews were excellent but the reality was disappointing. Good first: location is excellent, the rooms were clean and the staff is friendly. That's about everything. We booked a standard doubleroom for 4 nights. We were checked in by the cleaner, not the manager, and she informed us right away that breakfast is not like it said from 8am to 10am but only from 8am to 9am. She also said that there will be only English and no continental breakfast, unlike what it said in our booking. Most disappointing of all was that the room was never 20 msq like it was advertised as. Including the ensuite it was 13 msq tops, which meant we had no space to even put our suitcases and at night the room got really hot although outside it was cool! We then upgraded after a horrible night without much sleep to the superior bedroom (advertised as 25 msq, in fact 20 msq) for the remaining three nights. We paid for this upgrade. A day later the manager came and took us one night of this upgrade away again because he had double booked the room. This meant for the last night we had to go back into the standard room. He gave us the money back for the upgrade of this night, but we were very disappointed as the superior rooms are much more comfortable and cost almost the same! One other thing that was bad were the beds. The were 1.20x1.80m which is a very small double if not a single bed and really uncomfortable for two tall people. Overall overpriced!
