You do hear train noise and people talking if they are in the hallway. But comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Great to be able to walk everywhere and not take the car.

Great location close to Toowong Village, a large shopping centre with every convenience you’d need. Restaurants & cafes aplenty. My room was spacious & clean. Shampoo, shower gel & handwash provided.block out curtain, fan & air con in room made it a very comfortable stay.

Property was nice, my room at front was massive. Room was bright due to large amount of windows, and lot of road noise. Noticed some possible bed bugs around the bed and bed hrad area the morning of check out, no effects to me. .

Much quieter than I expected after reading other reviews. Parking available, and also plenty of street parking. Checking in was hassle free. Minor issues only - eg bathroom waste bin needs replacing, high step into shower might be tricky for some guests. All in all a great place to stay and very convenient to shops, trains and buses.
