The hotel itself was good but the restaurant which is operated separately was not good. The staff was terrible especially a manager called Scarlett. Not a nice person. Not a happy person

Great location and walkable to everything in fortitude valley. Rooms were sizeable, comfortable and clean - building including bathrooms felt a little dated (small cracks in vanity). You are paying for the location really.

Terrible gym

Everything about this hotel was great, including the neighborhood, which was easily walkable. However, the fact that they advertise a gymh is crazy. It's a tiny little room, very poorly equipped.

I got the service I asked for. Was so pleased to be able to book in early. Service with any sort of problems was fixed and their food is always remarkable and very flavoursome and delicious. NOT too expensive and staff always very kind and helpful. I absolutely loved my birthday surprise gift when I got back from my BusinessMeetUp Networking downstairs and it was such a wonderful surprise I loved it including the ballon treats and birthday card. You guys totally won me over and extra special. Thank you so so much everyone for making my stay wonderful 💗 😊🙏
