Room was very clean bed was comfortable although the pillows were on the harder side , the young girl on reception was very helpful and friendly good place to stay if wanting something for an early flight
Large stuff around at the beginning when there was no parking and we were given a key to a room already occupied. Once in a as a good simple stay. Small room that suited our needs.
Lets start off by saying that I was booked at the SOHO then got a free upgrade to The Mercure Hotel which apparently are owned by the same company as SOHO. So this review is for that it was a very clean hotel, staff were friendly and lovely room and bed. Would recommend.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and tidy. Very handy to trains and shopping center. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers in Brisbane.
Didnt require laundry.. shops mostly were closed by the time I completed my medical appointment. Parking is terrible only have around 9 spaces which suit small cars and tight fit. AC is loud .. had little to no sleep not recommended for for multiple nights. checkin was 2pm had to wait till 2:35pm
