Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Unhelpful. Pool area is outdated. Plates of food left around with flys all over it. Spa tub jeans did not work. Overpriced and average hotel.

What there don’t say about the beautiful view overlooking the Brisbane River is the road noise or traffic noise that comes from the road right beside the hotel loud disappointing and no toilet brush to remove the hot wheels skid marks the bar staff and other staff fantastic it was just a shame about the lack of sleep because of the road noise it’s all night if your used to traffic noise it will not be a problem for you

We had a suite in this hotel. Our accommodation was fantastic. Beautiful views over the river. I have never known a more comfortable bed. Bathroom/vanity area perfect for getting ready. We have booked another night at the end of our holiday we liked it so much.

Room was spotless, quiet and beds were very luxe. Slept like a baby and i never sleep that well at home! Showers were on point, had great water pressure and temps. Pool was great, even met Larry the Lizard sunning himself on the rock feature. Happily stay here again if we return to Brisbane.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was flawless. Pool area is also well maintained. On site bar was a great spot to unwind. The breakfast, whilst it had plenty of variety, was somewhat let down by the “cooked food” which was only luke warm at best.

The view from my room was incredible, the room was spacious, great comfortable bed and good bathroom. The sheets had a few marks on them when I arrived but otherwise the room was great. The reception guy however... reception was unmanned every one of the 5 times I went down and 2 calls to the reception desk both went unanswered. When I arrived to an empty reception desk, there was no way to call anyone and I just had to wait 10 mins. After waiting, he appeared but then served another guest who came over a minute or so after he did before acknowledging me. He then tried to take my credit card away to put 'on file during my stay' instead of taking a deposit, which I refused to let out of my sight. After asking for a late checkout, he then tried to charge me to check out at 11am, which is literally the normal checkout time on the website. Terrible customer service and I won't be booking again any time soon.
