Very welcoming reception, and extremely comfortable, spacious rooms all with wither a patio (ground floor) or balcony. We'll certainly stay there again.

I love this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here. The reason I gave it a 4-Star was that the fridge was not very cold despite having it at the coldest setting. I was able to get from the bar. There was no resistance, and the staff is always friendly. I'll be staying here again for all my Bruges and Ghent visits.

The hotel is very convenient when travelling across Europe as it is next to the motorway and easy to find. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the restaurant is excellent.

When we checked in, the reception member of staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. It was late, we asked we could get any food and his response was no, you can get food sent in but I’ve never used it!

Lovely hotel, we stayed in a family room which is very spacious with a separate bedroom. Bathroom had everything a family needs, towels were thick and fluffy. Noise from the motorway was minimal. Minor issues, empty soap dispenser but replaced quickly and door handle to bathroom very loose. Would recommend as the size and room facilities for families exceed most hotels.

Easy reach of Brugge. The hhotel was beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent so much choice of food. I would highly recommend this hotel. You do need a car as there really isn't much around.
