My stay at the Four Points Sheraton-Brunswick was excellent. From check in to check out, I have zero complaints. The front desk manager, Shana (I think was her name), was very thorough and friendly, providing great customer service. My room was clean and comfortable. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I was only there for one night, but definitely was pleased with my stay.

Experience

Staff were nice. Room was dirty, bathroom was not cleaned. Carpets had cereal on them from previous guests. We also found a bugs on the carpet. I tried to upload photo but app would not allow.
