The hotel did not air conditioning. The rooms and elevator are tiny, unclean, and dark. The shower, bed sheets, and room in general had not been cleaned. I dint recommend. The staff, Diego (who apologized for the lack of AC) and Juan Manuel (who gave us a fan so we could sleep) were polite and did their best, but the infrastructure was not there. Do not recommend!

Wonderful hotel!

We loved this hotel. The location was beautiful, near parks and close to the Recoleta Cemetery. The room and beds were clean, new and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Really great breakfast with fresh peaches and plums!
