We stayed at this hotel after a cruise and it was wonderful! The front desk staff and bell staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding as well. Not to mention, the hotel was very clean and modern. We cannot say enough nice things about this hotel and we would highly recommend!

Great hotel in the heart of the city, Comfortable with large rooms and bathrooms. All amenities provided ( if you like coffee they are a bit mean with the espresso pods!). Best breakfast we had in Argentina, large buffet choice and then eggs to order, all great quality. Only small niggle - the rooms say soundproofed which they seemed good for internal noise but the outside traffic was still very audible from our room overlooking the park, maybe the other side of the hotel is quieter. Concierge was super helpful and followed up well

Disappointing experience. We booked a room that was advertised in the Expedia listing as being quite large (560 SF), but the room was at best 250 SF. Perhaps this was a mistake made by the hotel in converting from meters to feet, but still — the room was less than half the advertised size. We managed, since it was just a one night stay, but would not choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The staff were extremely kind, patient, attentive, intelligent and helpful. The hotel is lovely and we had a fantastic balcony room overlooking the park. Diego, in particular, really knows what he is doing. All staff were excellent.

The rooms are palatial, full of quiet luxurious touches; bathrooms are also ample and lovely with powerful shower; bed super comfortable. We did need to ask to change rooms since the park view one was exceptionally noisy, both due to traffic noise and dogs barking. But they switched us to a great room in the back which was nice and quiet.
