We chose this hotel due to its location and convenience for transportation to airport and for city tour buses. Hotel is at one of the prime tourist attraction , right by Oblisque and is very convenient to major tourist attractions by walk/uber. However the hotel is like New York City small condos with tiny space ( barely 300 square footage ) with small bathroom , barely enough space to move around . Our room wasn’t cleaned upon return in the late afternoon .

Nosotros escogimos el cuarto básico y justo eso fue lo que recibimos. Un cuarto con vista horrible a un espacio entre edificios muy deteriorados, olía a pan tostado casi quemado (no sabíamos si estábamos arriba de la cocina), cama dura, almohadas algo viejas, la TV no funcionaba, y la caja fuerte tampoco. En dos de los 4 días que nos quedamos el cuarto solo fue acomodado (la cama quedó tan arreglada como la dejamos), y las toallas no las cambiaron, solo la doblaron (mi toalla que doblaron tenía la misma mancha). La localización era buena y céntrica por estar a pasos del Obelisco, del Teatro Colón y del Tango Porteño, pero la seguridad del lugar cambiaba según llega la noche. La atención del personal compensaba sus deficiencias. Sol y Michel en la recepción y el personal de desayuno muy atentos. La ducha del baño súper; el agua abundante y bien calientita. En resumen, si les dan la habitación 107 “¡CÁMBIENLA!”

O hotel é bem localizado. Os quartos foram recém reformados, então ainda dá pra sentir o cheiro de tinta nova. Ocorre que na vdd a reforma foi pra esconder as coisas ruins. As tomadas são todas atras da cama, então pra usar tem que afastar a cama inteira. A cama "king" na vdd são duas camas de solteiro juntas, então o meio fica fundo. O colchão é coberto com um lençol simples, não tem lençol de elástico e quando você deita ele sai do lugar e você fica em contato com o colchão. O colchão é SEBOSO. SEM CONDIÇÕES. Na foto dá pra ver umas manchas que sabe Deus o que são. As paredes são de papel, dá pra ouvir absolutamente tudo que acontece nos quartos do lado e no corredor. Cuidado com a janela, pq quem tá do lado de fora, consegue ver do lado de dentro. O barulho do chuveiro e do vaso sanitário acordam a vizinhança inteira de tão alto. É alto de dar susto. As luzas do banheiro só funcionam pela metade e as vezes ligam e as vezes não. As tomadas funcionam quando querem. Levei meu secador e não prestou, pensei até que tinha queimado, pq quando eu coloquei na tomada saiu faísca. Não tomei café l,á então sobre isso não posso opinar. Não vale o custo-beneficio.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación (a metros del obelisco). Sean pacientes con los ascensores porque son lentísimos (o si pueden usen las escaleras). La limpieza es buena y la atención de Lucas en recepción y del Sr. de Mantenimiento fue muy oportuna (la caja de seguridad del cuarto se descompuso y el primer día la ducha estaba tapada, pero lo resolvieron rápidamente). En la habitación el colchón es cómodo y se ve nuevo, pero sugeriría cambiaran las almohadas.

Falta limpieza - camas incómodas

El hotel ya es un poco viejo y le hace falta mantenimiento, aunque los baños se ven remodelados, no tiene cortinas de privacidad, las camas ya son viejas e incómodas pero la limpieza no es buena, tienes que pedir toallas y papel higiénico porque no lo reponen. Desayuno bueno aunque podría mejorar la calidad.

Ótimo custo benefício e localização.

O hotel possui um otimo custo beneficio. A localização é otima e possui a base da policia em frente ao hotel, o que trás muita segurança. A wifi disponibilizado não é um dos melhores. E os elevedores são velhos. Entretando, nota 10 para a localização, limpeza e cordialidade de todos os funcionários.
