We were very impressed with this hotel. It was in a beautiful location by the beach (loved the convenience of a lift to take you down to the beach!) but it was also very easy to get to the shopping and restaurant areas. The hotel pool was quiet and the gardens were beautiful and peaceful with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The room itself was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. We really liked the cake and fresh fruit which was left in our room on a couple of occasions! The staff were helpful and very pleasant and the breakfast was lovely, lots of healthy options. The only criticism we had was the lack of an extractor fan in our bathroom but but this was a very minor aspect. Overall we were delighted with the hotel.

Nice spacious hotel in great location for Burriana Beach and Nerja itself. Other than the cleaning staff we found reception and restaurant staff not particularly friendly, which was a bit disappointing

Best Lift in tbe world

Amazing stay! Amazing location, friendly staff, generous breakfast (though presentation was not at Parador standards), great room views. We will be bacl soon )

Die Angestellten in Housekeeping und Service waren top ! Die Receptionsangestellten hingegen unfreundlich und schnippisch, wirklich schlimm.

Über sie, entdecken wir, die die Anblickesind, die wir zu erledigen brauchen unduns sich zu verbessern helfen. Wir haben Maßnahmen getroffen, worin ersich auf die Qualität unseres Dienstes,Produkte und Anlagen bezieht. DieVerantwortlichen der Abteilungen werdendie entsprechenden Verbesserungeninnerhalb Ihrer Ausstattungenverwirklichen, um irgendeine anomale Lage zu korrigieren. Darauf hoffend, zu können immer noch mitseiner Treue als Kunde unseres Paradores und unseres Netzes rechnen, nutzeich die Gelegenheit, die mich anbietet, umihn sehr aufmerksam zu begrüßen.

sehr einfaches phanthasieloses Frühstück. In der Nähe und im Frühstücksraum roch es schon früh unerträglich nach frittiertem. Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich aber unaufmerksam. Sensationeller Blick aufs Meer und sehr schön angelegter Garten.

Hotelli on 4 tähteään parempi

Pros: Aamiaisesta ja merinäköalasta sekä miellyttävästä henkilökunnasta.
Cons: Minibaarin sisältöä. Infoa ravintolapalveluista
Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Se on lähellä Nerjan keskustaa ja beachille pääsee hissillä suoraan hotellin puutarhasta. Huoneemme oli erittäin tilava samoin kylpyhuone, joka oli myös hyvin kalustettu ja varustettu. Parvekkeelle kuului meren kohina ja näkymå oli mahtava. Aamiainen oli viiden tähden arvoinen. Negatiiviset asiat: Ilmastointi ei toisen matkapäivämme iltana totellut säätölaitettaan vaan työnsi lisää lämpöä riippumatta termostaatin asettelusta. Asia hoitui off-kytkimellä ja parvekkeen oven säädöllä. Minibaarin sisältö oli vaatimaton. Olutta esim. yksi pullo kahden hengen huoneessa.

Es gibt Schlimmeres

Hotel war das einzige das zur Verfügung stand, weil Nerja das Geld das zur Verfügung stand für Instandsetzungen genutzt hat. Das fand ich kurz vor Weihnachten bei Wahnsinnswetter bedenklich. Von den geöffneten Unterkünften konnte keins mit dem Parador mithalten. Obwohl die Stadtverwaltung viele Angestellte motiviert hatte, wurde die Stadt beherrscht von Hunde-und Müllablagen. Sehr gute Busverbindungen und eine vielseitige Gastronomie waren vorhanden.
