Upon arrival there was plenty of parking. Customer service was good, the property nice and clean. The room was immaculate. This hotel is right down the block from the University at Buffalo North Campus and its walkable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Staff should walk around to the gym and pool area. There were some unruly teenage boys which made my child and myself just leave that area. We couldn’t enjoy it.

I forget my iPhone and Apple watch charger that was little expensive. I called twice and no one called back First time talk to front desk on 19 the March in the evening. Next dat called and they transfer to lost and found and the gentleman told the he will call be even found or not fount but didn't call. They should investigate with room service and get back to us.
