A good welcome upon driving into the side road, appreciate doors being opened (men…us women still love this) especially with my dog and bag to cope with. When leaving, the second doorman was very much more helpful! Thank you to him! Staff in the Cyan restaurant, bar, upstairs lovely! 5 stars. Most of reception too, although at check-in times there needs to be more staff on reception. Stunning room! Everything I needed. Quiet, near the lift but not too near, stunning sea view. Room key system needs attention (thanks to the maintenance chap for resetting it). I will happily return. A good couple of days rest!

Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Room was recently refurbished, lovely decor, furniture and bedding. Had bar snacks in the evening in beautiful surroundings and the food was very good. Used the valet parking at the front of the hotel, which was wonderful as it was pouring with rain! Overall a great trip🎄!

We were booked into the junior suite looking out over the old pier and it was stunningly beautiful to wake to the sun raining over the newer pier. We were upgraded to the junior suite by the lovely receptionist Lily, she looked after us wonderfully.

Parking was in the NCP car park behind hotel £35 per 24 hours. The only complaint was the the lack of bar staff and slow food service, although everything eas delivered with a smile and apology. The breakfast offering was substantial however a breeding ground for germs, just due to the nature of the buffet style. Having just been on a cruise where hygiene was exceptional.
