First Time in Buffalo

I really enjoyed my stay. The only complaint is that I couldn't get the room cold enough, which is more of a me problem. The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Out of my time there for the week I would say I came across 6 front desk employees and out of those 6 only 2 of them had great customer service. That would be my only complaint because your front desk are the first and last people that your guest come in contact with.

We booked this hotel as it was nearby the shops and a good price but more importantly we booked it for the kids so they could swim. Unfortunately , the pool was closed during our stay.
