We frequently stay at this Hyatt because of the proximity to the highway and Main St. It's very clean and well kept, the breakfast is better than most places (fresh fruit!) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only frustration was that there were not enough kitchen staff. We were there for a busy few days when the hotel was full. It seemed only 1 person was busily trying to refill coffee urns, refill the breakfast food dishes. bring out clean plates and silverware, etc. When I stuck my head in the kitchen to try to flag someone down (on two occasions: there were no plates/ no spoons), there was only 1 young woman frantically washing dishes. She left her work to help me get what I needed, but obviously they need more staff in there. I don't know if it's hard to hire workers, or if people were out sick that weekend, but they need more staff.

Great stay, will return!

Hotel is conveniently located, close to the airport and the city center in a safe neighborhood! Very clean and quiet! The staff were very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend and will be coming back, hopefully soon!
