Good hotel location, bus from train station stop right outside hotel, 5/10 minute walk to centre of Brugge. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable and quiet, breakfast was tasty with good variety of hot and cold, staff at reception very friendly and helpful and very speedy check in, would ...
Ideal location for a first time stay in Bruges. Near the station and bus depot.
Communal areas better than bedrooms (ours was 115). Clean, comfy bed/plenty of hot water but awkward, tiny shower. Lovely canal view, nice breakfast and nice staff. Well placed for visiting all the recommended places but far enough away to be peaceful/quiet.
Just what we were after - great value, well located, adjacent parking, good breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable bed, buzzing hotel bar. Everything we needed for a bargain price - would definitely come back.
Okay hotel. Very basic and needs updating. Only one plug in the room and the bed sheets had holes in. Great location though.
The hotel has a very classic feel with modern touches and all the quirks you'd expect from a 500 year old building. Impeccable, exemplary staff and service.
