Beautiful and charming hotel! Very walkable to the city center and just warning that if you have big luggages, they only have stairs but it’s so worth it! I would definitely stay here again! Loved our stay!

We loved this hotel, rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. hotel felt very cozy. We had no issues with noise, the most we heard were footsteps upstairs, which is to be expected in a building with wood floors. Would stay here again!

Amazing little hotel in an old building by the canal. Location was excellent, close to the bus stop and just a short walk from the center of town. Staff were super friendly. Room was very cute. Plenty of room, comfy beds, handy Nespresso machine. Only challenge was the sit down shower in the tub. Would have been nice to have a place to hang the shower head.

Charming hotel on canal

Charming small hotel on canal that is close to old city but also away from the crowds. Service, room, breakfast were all excellent. Room appeared to be from medieval times but yet was very comfortable. Outdoor patio could use a little makeover but still pleasant.

This hotel is an historic building dating from the 1400's. It has served in many capacities over the centuries but has been beautifully updated for modern use. There is no nearby parking, however. If you park on the street it is very expensive; there are with more reasonable lots with a daily rate about an 8-12 minute walk away.

Old world but not very clean

We stayed for a couple of nights. The room (we had a duplex) was large with large bathroom but the hygiene levels weren’t very good. The coffee machine in the room had a film of dust that we had to asked to be cleaned; toilet wasn’t very clean and the towels looked a bit dingy with stains.

Very quaint hotel with a beautiful room overlooking the canal. Charming, would definitely return to this hotel on our next stay in Bruges. A welcome stay after our weeks staying in AirBnbs around Europe. 5-10 minute walk to historic center.

Picturesque and charming hotel, good location

Wonderful and picturesque location. It was less that 10 minutes to the main square. Nice and quiet, very good breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay there again!

It’s a beautiful location right off the canal and they have an interior garden - you can order drinks from the hotel bar and enjoy them in the garden. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing and varies daily!
