The property was unique with all the rooms being different with lots of history and character. It was within easy walking distance of the main sights, bars and restaurants. The rooms were huge, comfortable and clean. Good value for money.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Ideal location next to the canal and a five minute walk to the market square. Would definitely stay again.

Goof hotel next to the canal

Pros: Quiet, very comfirtable

Location: lovely location, 5 minute walk to market square

Great hotel

Pros: Cosy , quiet and a nice welcome in from the cold weather
Cons: Nothing
I booked 3 rooms for a group travelling together and all were very good. The staff are very friendly and welcoming , willing to help always. The location of the hotel is fantastic whilst only 5 mins walk to the main square it's very quiet. The parking is a short walk and very secure. Top tip if you are in Brugge on a Saturday night pre book a table for dinner in a restaurant we struggled a little. We are already planning on coming back to this hotel next yea !

Midweek couple getaway

Absolutley amazing place. Would definitely visit Bruges again. The hotel was lovely, a bit dated but exactly what you would expect in that area. We were greeting by the loveliest hotel receptionist called Delphine. She explained the area to us on a map and give us any information we might need for the trip. Very happy with her service. Only 5/10 minutes from the places that we frequented in the city centre while we were there so was very happy with the location. Very happy with the trip overall. Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly hotel in a great location

We arrived by train into Bruges and on leaving the station, turned left and caught the number 14 bus almost to the door of the hotel. Cost was €3 each. We had originally booked a garden view room but were given a canal view room on arrival. should have insisted on the garden view room as we were bitten quite badly by Mosquitos on our last night at the hotel! We perhaps should have closed the windows but the AC was quite noisy and the evening was very warm! However, Room 10 is a large room with a generous bathroom and of course, a view of the canal! One criticism would be that the bath towels were very small. We are not large people but the towels were not big enough for either of us! Two lovely large chairs in the room, but both were very worn and tired and could do with being replaced. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was €17 each if you pre-booked it but as we only wanted tea and toast we went up the street to the Jan Van Eyke restaurant where we had organic tea and some lovely toast. We actually returned there one evening for dinner. We both had fillet steak with a sauce, fries, mashed potato and a lovely fresh salad followed by pear tart and apple tart. A glass of red wine accompanied a great meal, very well cooked and presented by very friendmy staff. As we didn't use the dining room in the hotel, the only staff we saw was the receptionist and the room maid, both of whom were very friendly and obliging. We wouldn't return to Bruges (been there, seen it, done it) but we would recommend the hotel for its lovely quiet location not far from The Square and on a regular bus route.

Beautiful Bruges

Fantastic hotel in a lovely location and the friendliest most helpful staff you could meet. Nothing was too much trouble, our stay was just so relaxing and easy going. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Would I go back to Bruges? Absolutely! Fantastic :-) x
