Worst hotel in all my stay in Belgium. Small, unkept, no AC and didn’t even have basic phone service. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating, tried to reach for a phone to call front desk and realized they didn’t even have a phone. Has to use my personal phone (long distance charges) to call them, only to be told they couldn’t do anything for me but could switch my room. Mind you this is 2-3am and my child was sleeping. Here’s the kicker, it was infested with mosquitoes!! I thought I had it bad, but boy was my daughter almost devoured by these things. I will not be going back.

Once you get the info that you have to Park in the public parking lot at the second level and only there you find the entrance for the hotel things are going to go easy It took us some time to figure this out and I think that some info on the hotel page would be helpful for someone going there for the first time

Don't stay here. Dirtiest place ever. Shower didn't drain, though they did move us. But the other room had issues with the AC. Floors weren't swept or mopped. Just overall nasty. Need new housekeepers and a major scrubbing!!

Family of 3, stayed 4 days. Room was not for for purpose for 3. Shower area exposed, so no privacy and requiring showering in shifts. Desk, also not for for purpose being the size of a small window ledge. Internet horrible 1.2mbs slowww unless you use option to give them your email - they don't tell you. Extremely small space - barely room for luggage. Windows could only open acouple of inches, AC barely worked (if at all), no screens, so was like camping with the mosqitoes biting us. On positive side, staff were good, room clean and location is central to trains. Have stayed at Ibis before, no issues, but this really put us off. Never again. Can only recommend of you are a single or couple, not needing to do work from home, and staying no more than 2 nights, with DEEP pricing discount. In short, suggest you go elsewhere.

Worth a stay

Very convenient right next to the train station. Nice big room The beds/mattresses were somewhat aged and could do with replacement. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Brugge central Breakfast choices were limited, but more than sufficient.
