Located in the charming village of Búger, in a quiet elevated area, this spectacular 400 m² home offers unobstructed views of the mountains and complete privacy. Just 20 minutes from Palma and the airport, and 15–20 minutes from the beautiful northern beaches such as Puerto Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicenç, Puerto de Alcudia, and Playa de Muro, it perfectly combines tranquility with excellent accessibility.

From the moment you enter, the villa impresses. The ground floor is organized around a majestic centennial olive tree surrounded by glass — the true heart of the house and a tribute to Mallorca’s rural heritage. Natural light floods the interiors through six huge floor-to-ceiling windows, including one pane over five meters wide, framing the landscape like a living painting.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings invites shared moments and relaxation. The kitchen, equipped with Bosch and Neff appliances, combines minimalist design and high functionality. The bathrooms, finished in Porcelanosa, add a contemporary and elegant touch.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and an additional full bathroom. The first floor features three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom offers spectacular mountain views and a cozy reading and viewing area. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has two single beds.

The upper floor features a stylish chill-out area with a minibar and washbasin, leading to a sun terrace with an infinity saltwater pool (5.5 x 2.8 m, depth 1.4 m), outdoor shower, and panoramic views of the village, mountains, and distant sea.

Outside, the experience continues with a large terrace with a sunken jacuzzi, a built-in barbecue area, and an outdoor dining space for long Mediterranean evenings.
