Finca Bunyola is a charming five-bedroom villa located in the tranquil urbanization of Sa Coma in Bunyola, Majorca, only 12 km from Palma. Nestled at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, this finca offers breathtaking mountain views, a serene atmosphere, and a private pool.



Upon entering the luminous country home, guests are welcomed by a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace that opens onto a delightful courtyard and terrace overlooking the lush garden. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a large dining area, both with direct access to the terrace.



The upper floor of Finca Bunyola features two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, while the basement includes an additional double bedroom and a lounge with a sofa bed accommodating two guests. The villa has four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Comfort is ensured with air conditioning in the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area, along with central heating throughout.



Set on a generous 1,800 m² plot, this 450 m² property provides panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and a meticulously maintained garden with a lawn, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and privacy.



Finca Bunyola is ideally located in the peaceful Sa Coma de Bunyola, a short 12 km from Palma. Nearby, Palma offers a variety of dining options, while beaches such as Cala Deià, Cala Banyalbufar, and the sandy shores of Illetas are within easy reach.



Additional attractions nearby include the Son Termens golf course (3 km), a horse riding club (1 km), and Raixa, an Islamic farmstead just two minutes away. The nearby Son Amar offers a dinner and live show experience. In Palmanyola (2 km), guests will find essential amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy, and sports facilities. The weekly market is held every Wednesday on the main square, and Palma de Mallorca airport is 23 km away.
