I gave a low rating due to poor service. There was frequent noise in my room, so I went to the reception to report the issue. Two women were at the desk and acknowledged my presence. However, when I started explaining the problem, they turned their attention to their computers. Realizing that I was essentially speaking to no one, I asked, โ€œSorry, whom am I talking to?โ€Then I received service from one of the ladis by slightly lifting one of her hand and pointing at another lady beside her, without neither eye contact nor speaking a word. Although the noise problem was addressed and the room met expectations except the shower room, I did not feel that I was treated with respect.
