They are the perfect place to relax, sunbathe or share a drink at sunset.

With a surface area of 100 m², this apartment offers a spacious and bright environment designed for maximum comfort. It features two bedrooms: the main one with a 160 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second attic-style bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its own shower. There is also an additional guest toilet for extra convenience.

The living room and kitchen share an open-plan layout with a modern design and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer exceptional views of the surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, complete cookware, tableware and glassware. It also includes a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board.
