great location and very friendly and attentive staff

great location and very friendly and attentive staff. the hotel is difficult to reach by car but once you have checked in the location is great. not quite as clean as one would expect, and the layout is somewhat confusing.

Ein Juwel in der historischen Altstadt

Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und die begrenzte Zimmeranzahl machen auch einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu einem wirklich entspannenden und angenehmen Urlaubs-Erlebnis. Wir haben abends im hauseigenen Garten gegessen - wunderbar. Einzige Kritikpunkte: speziell die Abreise mit dem Auto ist nur etwas fuer geuebte Fahrer mit nicht zu grossen Limousinen. Die super-engen Altstadtgassen sind stellenweise schlicht ein Fahrer-Alptraum. Und: schoen waere auf den grossen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern WLan - und nicht nur in den oeffentlichen Bereichen und mit Glueck in den Zimmern im 1ten Stock. Und die Cafeteria sollte nicht erst um 11.30 h oeffnen - fuer einen Morgen-Cafe jenseits eines grossen Hotel-Fruehstuecks muesste es in so einem schoenen Haus auch schon frueher reichen. Ansonsten: ein wunderbarer Parador.
