There was blood on the cabinetry, the ceiling was covered in heavy black mould, the bathroom was not cleaned, the mugs were dirty, kettle was broken, floor was sticky like glue. Cockoaches were present throughou, cieling fan covered in dust, the balcony was disgusting ash and cigarette butts everywhere. Aircon worked Bed was ok. Very old facility not maintined at all. Very dissapointing

Mould in the bathroom and no tv remote. Reception lady was good but seemed to be under a lot of pressure Noisy neighbours didn't get to go to sleep at all. Checked out early in the morning. Smoke detector still had the plastic cover on it so it wouldn't have worked

There's only one power point in the bedroom, across the bed. I needed one beside the bed. The bedsheets felt "itchy". They don't feel comfortable. There are no lifts. One has to walk up through a funny smelling and dirty staircase.
