Room was clean, the staff were helpful and courteous (volunteered information on how I could get discounted rates for the metropolitan museum). The room was indeed smaller than what the photos make them out to be, but we were completely fine with that. There was no wasted space, essentially. The only problem I had was that both the sink and the shower were clogged. As soon as I run the water, there would be a big puddle within seconds. It also did not help that the floor for the shower wasn’t even and sort of caved in a bit like an upside down umbrella, so the entire shower floor was one big puddle.

Our stay at the Pestana Park Avenue hotel was wonderful! We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel a fantastic base to explore New York. The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful.

Amanda at the concierge desk is a wonderful person. She along with the rest of the staff are accommodating, welcoming, and kind people. The hotel is clean, parking is convenient across the street, located just a short walk to Times Square, lots of eateries and Bryant Park is just around the corner for a good cup of Joe in the park.
