Great staff. Didn't love the AC unit in my bedroom as I need total silence sleeping but honestly for the price compared to other hotels it's totally fine and wouldn't be fussed if we stayed here again for work. Great location to BMO, a nice 25 min walk, close to DQ (woot). You also have good access to the large strip of bars downtown as well. Overall quiet location to stay at as well. Some crack heads out my window that I noticed once but that's unavoidable now in big cities. Felt totally safe.

Great location near great food and shopping. I thought it was going to be noisy on the lower floors, and it was only ambient noise. The room was clean bright and comfortable. If you have a under 6'3" vehicle there is underground parking. Breakfast is busy after 830 am, but still has options. If you go before that the breakfast room is mellow. I would definitely stay here again, convenient and restful.

We would stay at this location again. Very friendly staff. Full breakfast is complimentary with great options! The beds were soooo comfy! It felt like the King bed was a California king? There is parking on site for a fee (outside and underground)- worth the cost for extra security in my opinion. The location is downtown which goes without saying, there will be noise and typical evidence of an at-risk community. And truthfully, quite mild compared to other large cities. We have two young kids and we felt safe in the neighbourbood- the hotel is only a few blocks from lots of shopping/food.

We stayed in room 1140, a spacious two bedroom suite. Room was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Room service every day (something we hardly see anymore in Ontario post COVID). The staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Very secure, everything must be accessed by key card: outside doors, elevators, breakfast area, business centre, etc.
