The hotel has a fantastic location—just a 20-minute train ride to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the rooms are quite dark, and there is very little privacy as I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. If you prioritize location over comfort, this could still be a good option.

I jad high hopes as this hotel was recommended to me.....i believe most of the staff are the best thing about the hotel. They are so helpful and so nice. Our room was nice but i didmt sleep friday or saturday due to noise as the street outside is all partys. There was no window to open in room so no fresh air. The bathroom constantly smelt like sweage. On thr sunday i asked could the bed be changed and was told no as they only chamged if u stay 4 nights or more. I even asked could i have the sheets and i would do it myself and was still told no. Reception came 2 show me the heating twice as the room was freezing. Upon check out it was a different man on reception not asked how was your stay did you enjoy it etc. Location is amazing but something needs done with drains and window to prevent the noise that keeps customers awake at 5am in morning.

Cheap, run-down. I checked in, then checked out hours later and found another hotel. I didn’t bother complaining because I didn’t have the energy: Dingy carpeting, water leaks and puddles in the room; the sink would not drain and the television would not work to add insult to injury. The noise is horrendous: the floors are wooden and you can hear people above you jumping and moving around, disturbing my rest. It’s an old building that should be demolished.

Not great

There were many issues with this stay but I’ll be brief. The room wasn’t the cleanest, mould on the window frame, terrible water pressure, constant noise from the water pipe in the room, toilet smelled of urine to name a few. Some staff were pleasant, others were disinterested and had no idea what customer service was; for instance, we had a problem with getting into our room and the keycard wouldn’t work. We went to recount the guy told us that the card is probably fine and I’m doing it wrong. Not a great first response. This problem occurred 4 times on a 2 night stay. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Not a particularly great hotel but if you’re not bothered with these things and just need a snooze then I suppose it’s fine.
