The bed was horrible. The A/C unit was incredibly loud which kept us up all night and it didn’t even blow cold air regardless of what the thermostat was set to. Staff seemed like they all suffered from depression

The beds were like sleeping on a hard box. Probably the worst beds I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Wishing I had taken a photo so I could prove to them they really are trying to pass off a wooden box as a mattress.
