Good location for local attractions

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night while in the city to see Lord of the Dance in the Millenium Forum. We found the hotel very good. Great location, close to the local bus station and shopping centres etc. Would definitely stay here again if we ever need to.

Lovely Hotel and Great Location

Lovely hotel with great location in walking distance to all local amenities and the City Walls and Peace Bridge. Good, friendly staff with local knowledge and recommendations.

Complimentary Upgrade

Arrived at the hotel just after check in opened at 3pm and we were given a warm welcome by staff at reception. To top things we were told that we had been upgraded from a superior double to an executive room on the 7th floor! The room was simply divine with wonderful views! Onwards to test out the leisure facilities and they didn't disappoint with a lovely swim, jacuzzi and steam room! It was a Sunday and the hotel was buzzing with a great atmosphere around the bars. Drink prices were a little steep...but it's a hotel! Overall a very enjoyable stay! Would definitely return!!

Definitely not 4*

Staff were excellent and very helpful but the hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. Our room had cracked tiles in the bathroom, sink was blocked, cracked and flaking paint on the walls and only two plug sockets for the whole room which was a family room, no safe in the room which is standard in 4* hotels. The leisure facilities are run down with missing tiles in the pool and again cracked and flaking paint work. It is also a free for all for anyone coming in of the street to use which we witnessed on numerous occasions.

Citybreak in the walled city

Pros: Location, Staff
Location: Central location for touring the walled city, minutes walk. Also lovely running/walking track along the river right on hotel's doorstep
Lovely Hotel, excellent location. Very busy but service was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel in city centre

Pros: Spacious and very quiet room. Helpful staff
Cons: The reception and bar area was very dark
Location: Central location
Spacious room, confortable. Helpful staff - there wasn't space in the parking but we were directed to a public parking and told that from 18.00-08.30 the parking was free

An excellent night prior to conference day nearby

Excellent staff and super food. Very central and convenient to many amenities across the city. However though the room was very comfortable it could do with much better lighting above the table and chairs where I was doing some preliminary work for the next day.
