We chose this location as it was close to the venue we needed to be at most of the weekend. It was quiet, the staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. No complaints!

There didn’t seem to be a lot of people staying at the same time, but everybody was put together. People across from us one night left at 4:15 am and woke us up, Then the next night there were screaming kids around 10:30, running up and down, not sure if it was the same floor or above us. Walked down the hall and I think a lot of the rooms were empty, so we did not appreciate that. Not sure, but I think they tried to put all guest on the same floor. We would stay there again, but make sure we are not we are not close to other people. It’s not like we were at a destination vacation, we were in Calgary for a family emergency.

The room was clean and the beds comfy. I had initially tried to book direct with the hotel as this was a medically related trip, but when on the phone with a man, he said they did not have any 2 queen bed rooms but could possibly provide us with a cot as the 2nd bed. I said no, we didn’t want a cot. We are both seniors. So I went online & through Expedia found multiple rooms/2queen beds available, so I booked that way. Because of booking thru a 3rd party I was told that I would not receive my Wyndham rewards and we also did not receive the “medical rate”. Disappointed in the fella I spoke to on the phone who was not helpful at all!
