This property didn’t accept American Express and thus I had to put $300 on my debit card. Even though my reservation was paid in full using an American Express card through Expedia, the property wouldn’t trust that I am an honourable person and had to lock up funds on my debit card, which now means I have to actually get the desk staff to cancel the charge in the morning, and my funds will be locked up for 3-5 days, if not longer. It might not seem like that much of an inconvenience, but pay the applicable fees and accept American Express!!!

Need some attention

Terrible hotel. I come to cakagry every week and stay couple of days for my business so I usually go to one the hotel near there however that one was boooed and last min at 9Pm i booked thai hotel as it was super cheap. I was hoping if this hotel is good then i can come here every week. Light switch doesn’t work when i enter, AC made noises suddenly cant even sleep Tv remote doesn’t work. Literally the worse hotel i have ever stayed. So i can see why it’s so cheap my recommendations are increase the price and increase the quality of the room. Positive side is they painted the inside new and renovated as well. But most important but they forgot the sleeping and comfort experience.
