Excellance! Amazing hotel!

This hotel is definitely 5 star luxury and the only place to stay when in València. From the minute you arrive EVERYONE is so welcoming. You want for nothing. The rooms are perfect from lighting, the comfortable bed, the mirrors, the shower, the products, the amenities, they even have hair straightners and micellar water! The room provides sleep sensory sounds, lavender pillow mist. The rooms are light and airy in decor. Very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were also five star. They even have their own barista. As a part of educating guests they have a dedicated area that serves a choice of local delicacies at breakfast. The bar and choice of cocktails is lovely but best of all is the experience that they have. We had a speak easy type of experience as they are truely masters of their art Best part of the stay are the staff. Everyone at the hotel are genuinely kind and welcoming. Happy to share local knowledge. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we came back to València.

The area is very charming and historic; at the hotel, the reception person was fantastic. The room was labeled the "presidential suite", but it was really nothing close to a true presidential suite. The bathroom in the master bedroom offers no privacy, it has a glass partition. The shower was leaking. The window blinds are all power, but none of that was explained to us at check-in. Overall The room was kind of funky. it was advertised as the "presidential suite, "but was probably a 6 1/2 out of 10. Decent, but not quite worth the money.

Great location. Hotel was walkable to everything and great food options nearby. Rooms were a good size and the rain shower heads had amazing pressure. Each room also had a straightening iron which was a big plus!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Great rooms, good hotel vibes, excellent service, among other things made this a great stay. It's in such an amazing location, close to everything, and right beside a cute little square. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as we were a family and still have a great time and zero noise heard anywhere.

The extensive pillow menu ensured the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel, paired with soothing sleep videos and an immaculate bed turn-down service that made me feel truly pampered. One of the highlights was the deep soaking tub—the largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel—paired with lavender-infused bath salts that turned an ordinary evening into a spa-like ritual. Every amenity was thoughtfully curated, and honestly, there wasn’t a single detail overlooked. The location couldn’t be better—set in the heart of Valencia’s Old Town, with world-class shopping, incredible dining, and every luxury imaginable just steps away.
