The hotel was amazing! Really clean, helpful and polite staff and breakfast was so good. We upgraded to the Level when we got there and you have an open bar which was great. Only downside I would say to the Level is that it loses its sun on the pool at about 12ish, but that can’t be helped and you can then move on to the nearby beaches!

The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent close to the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops. Breakfast selection is good but having to stand at a coffee machine in a queue for poor coffee did let breakfast down and it was very busy. I would stop again but wouldn’t book breakfast as I prefer a quite relaxed breakfast with nice coffee.

The Hotel is perfectly located for a city break. It is accessible to everything needed , restaurants , shops or a beach walk. We stayed in the premium rooms which were extremely comfortable & clean. The pool & sunbathing areas are well maintained & clean. We opted for the breakfast option which was plentiful with a good variety. The staff were very helpful. I would definately return again.

The most incredible view from the breakfast roll and the pool area. Many nice features, for a great stay. Biggest variety at the breakfast, really good food. Nice and clean in general. If to point out something, it’s a bit odd that you have to wear a armband, as your room key is integrated there. There should be a choice. Great hotel, highly recommended.
