Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy with nice toiletries. We booked buffet breakfast which were delicious and had sufficient variety there. Though I had to ask for a kettle and beverages. Central location with supermarkets and some high standard restaurants nearby. The shops and the beach were within walking distance as well as the shopping centre easily accessible. Apart from there was no swimming pool, everything else was spot on!

Friendly staff, superb location..easily walkable to many of the tourist spots. Breakfast was more than adequate with options. Staff helped us plan our day with respect to tourist destinations and wayfinding. Did not have time to use the sauna and hammam or gym.

Alicante visit

A well located hotel in a quiet street, but easily walkable to the old town. Room was spacious, but we found bed uncomfortable. We don’t like the plastic mattress protectors, and they were quite noisy. Pillows were also not great. Staff were friendly and amenable

Great location, more tea/coffee please

Its a great hotel, very central to the bus station and reasonably priced. However i would say that only giving 1 sachet of Tea, oandcoffee means only 1 person can have a coffe. Really poor when booking into a room for 2 people from an otherwise lovely hotel.

Overall, not bad stay.

Decent breakfast and location. Good TV channels. Good sized rooms; however, no balconies and mattresses not very comfortable. Great rooftop terrace, but our cards was not programmed to access it and we had to go to the reception to re-program it. Overall, not bad stay.
